FL Permit Help ("we," "our") is a matching service that connects Florida property owners with licensed permit professionals ("partners"). We facilitate introductions — we do not pull permits ourselves, provide engineering services, or act as a licensed contractor.
No Guarantee
While we work with licensed professionals, we do not guarantee permit approval, specific timelines, or outcomes. Permit approval is solely at the discretion of the applicable building department. Our partners are independent professionals, not employees or agents of FL Permit Help.
User Responsibilities
By using our service, you agree to:
- Provide accurate and truthful information in your submission
- Work directly with the matched permit professional for services
- Pay the permit professional directly for their services
- Comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws
Payment Terms
Our matching service is free to property owners. You pay the permit professional directly for their services. Permit fees are paid directly to the county building department. FL Permit Help does not collect payment from property owners.
Limitation of Liability
FL Permit Help is not liable for any damages arising from the use of our service, including but not limited to: permit denials, construction delays, work performed by matched professionals, or decisions made by building departments. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us (which is $0 for property owners).
